Build 050818, jdk1.5.0_04
Steps:
- create a new JFrame 
- add a new JSplitPane 
- increase JSplitPane more then size of JFrame (see attached picture)
=> I would say the container bellow component should be adjusted too, or
component can be resize most up to container size.
