I am using NetBeans 4.2 (8/24) build, and Appserver 8.1 PE UR2 for testing.

I did a few run project, undeploy, then at one time, the application did not
show up on the runtime application node, but when I used the CLI list-components
command, I can see the application got listed.

This may not be able to recreate, since I do see this is working fine, with
the application got show up correctly under the application node.  I am
opening this bug, so the code in this area can be examed to see in what 
case this inconsistance can happen.

Yes, I remember I did a few refresh, but the app still did not show up.

I cannot get this to happen using recent builds
