when there is a java syntax error under some DefaultConfiguration preprocessor
block and the source is switched to another project configuration and saved -
there is still a red error annotation (even the code is currently commente out)

fixed by providing custom JMManager.ModifiedDOProvider that defines all J2ME DO
as modified to be loaded from document
