I am using NetBeans 4.2 (9/7) build, and Appserver 8.1 PE UR2 for testing

The Server Resources node under Project has inconsistent layout compare with
the layout under the runtime tab.  I feel we should keep these two places
the same kind tree structures for the following resources.  What I see in
9/7 build, all the resources are under the Project node do not have such
tree structure, also the resource name is generated, it does not take the
resource name user gives, again this is inconsistent with the way Admin GUI
does, and it is confusing to user to find where is the resource she created.

The comment regarding not taking the user provided names apply to all
other resource type, should be looked into together when fixing this issue.
