When user opens VMD document that has "one guarded block" then it's automaticaly
converted to "lot of guarded blocks". 

User should be warned about this change.

Fixed by adding a warning dialog when a Flow Design or a Screen Design is opened
and the java source file has to be upgraded (means: one guarded block is
replaced by multi guarded blocks).
