Is it possible to make a cluster node collapsable _always_ in the module suite
project properties (module list)? 
If only one or few modules are needed in a project (e.g. Swing Layout Extensions
integration), a user has to check a cluster node and then uncheck a LOT of
unneccessary modules (almost all cluster modules).
