Create an ejb jar w/ cmp's.  Right click on sun-cmp-mappings.xml and note that
both Open & Edit menus are enabled.  Select Edit to get the text form and go
back and see that Open is still enabled (it should not be), and can be used to
get the gui config editor to open as well.  Simultaneous editing via these two
forms can cause data loss and other severe problems.

This bug is present in NB 4.1 (j2eeserver module) in the form that secondary
config data objects allowed both the "Open" (gui mode) and "Edit" (text mode)
even after one of the editors was open.

Fix reverted due to diff overlap w/ another incomplete fix.  Will be committed
in the next few days.
