If the user has e.g. both standard and debug version of the JDK installed, the 
calibration data should be different for each of them.

The file with calibration data should be more specific than just whether it is 
JDK 1.4, 1.5 or 1.6.

After some more thinking I believe this would do more harm than good, so let's 
not go down this road...
