[ BUILD # : 200510050715 ] [ JDK VERSION : 1.4.2_xx ] The expected behavior is that the "Help" button on the "Web Service Endpoint" screen would take me to the appropriate section of the help docs. It took me to the main contents, with nothing selected.
What is the web service endpoint screen. How can we get this screen ?
Good point. I'll have to find it again!!!
When you find it, let me know, and I'll add an appropriate topic.
Modify the sun-web.xml config file. For the servlet that represents a web service, there is a list of endpoints. [Edit] or [New] bring up a dialog that has a help button. Hitting that help button seems like a tease. (I wanted to learn about SJS endpoints.. maybe just a blurb with a link to the app server relevent docs)
This piece of code & docs (webservice endpoints in sun-web.xml) is in flux literally right now (yesterday, today, and maybe tomorrow.
Also, this is misfiled, as this is a server plugin screen... refiling.
For now, you can refer to http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/819-2642/6n4tsppav?a=view#beayv for general information about the webservice-endpoint field.
Fixed. New text has been written and committed.
