The profiler calibration is not started automatically in M9, an error message 
upon first profiling is displayed to the user.

Just a note: it was broken also in M8.

For direct profiling (Profile Main Project) automatic calibration works again. 
For attach (direct/dynamic/remote) the user is forced to run the calibration 
manually.

Fixed for M10.
