Some emacs key binding does not work: 

C-y (paste)
C-_ (undo)

Some actions are not bound to keys:
C-x C-s (save)
C-x ( (start recording macro)
C-x ) (stop recording macro)

Some key bindings are not emacs style:
Open file (C-x C-f)

This is in fact a duplicate of issue 64624.
Also please note that the NB keymap is just a subset of the real emacs shortcuts
so some shortcuts may be missing.
