After running the verifier, I move the window to a different location in the NB UI.  On next run, it opens a new window in the default location rather than my selected location.  It also seems to create a new window, as opposed to re-using the existing one.
I don't mind the duplicate windows, but they should remember their placement.

Cause is same as for issue 110990. Closing as duplicate.
