The info entered in attach wizard, such as appserv directories, etc. should be 
persisted.

The panel for each type of appserv shoudl remember its values, so when a 
different type of server is chosen, the last values used with this particular 
type are used.

Typically the user has the appserver installed in single place, and if he is 
switching what he is attaching to, he must enter the locations again and again.

Settings for each supported server are now persisted - saved in userdir in 
<IntegrationProviderName>.settings file.

Fixed for M11.
