build 200511061900

-start IDE with clean userdir
-add appserver
-invoke Tools->Pointbase Database->Start Local POintbase Database
-Error message: ..../SUNWappserver/pointbase/../tools/serveroption/startserver.sh: not found

work-around.

should be able to go to the runtime explorer and choose connect from the
right-click menu to start an instance.

I rollbacked the changes for 62758, 63770

Too many issues, includin ui regression for too long db names.
