When I switched to live results window of finished remote cpu profiling a
periodical NPE started to throw.

Steps to reproduce:

1. attach to remote application - start cpu profiling
2. invoke detache action
3. confirm ask dialog "Do you want to terminate ... " by 'No' button

This happens at least since M9, removing 'dev' from Status whiteboard.

It is still there:

Steps to reproduce:
1. start a cpu profiling
2. open live results
3. let profiled application to finish
4. select a method in live results panel and invoke Add to instrumentation roots
action

NPE is thrown.

This seems like other problem with just the same exception, will open separate 
issue for it. Note that "Add to instrumentation roots" doesn't work for live 
results even if the profiled application runs. This bug occurs at least since 
M9.
