After detaching from TA without stopping it, the TA is unable to finish 
correctly and stays blocked. Detach with automatic TA stop works fine.

Seen on Tomcat, both mod 1.4 and 1.5 JDK.

handleShutdown does not work correctly when detached. WIll fix in M11.
