Currently the dialog for entering root methods manually has several problems:

1/ Using wildcards (entering only class/method name) doesn't seem to work 
correctly, this is also the root cause for 2/

2/ All fields have to be filled, currently there is no possibility how the user 
could use wildcards

2/ There is no validation for provided data, currently it's only checked if 
MethodNameFormatter throws any exceptions. Exact checks should be performed to 
validate separately package/class names, method name and method signature.
