I attempted to add a tomcat 5.0.28 server by right clicking Severs on the
Runtime window.  On the second step of the Add Server Instance wizard, in the
Catalina Home text line, I put in the path to a known good server and got the
following error message:  The <CATALINA-HOME>/conf/server.xml configuration file
seems to be corrupted.

The server was not running at the time that I attempted to add the server.  I
subsequently started the server from the Windows XP control panel and it ran fine.
