- have a WSDL file under Web Service References
- invoke the action Refresh WSDL from context menu. 
- click ok to refres and then click ok again, when the downloading is done.

Now the IDE does something in the AWT and the IDE is frozen (on my computer 12 s).

Move the action to a separate thread.
