Issue 69219 seems to be already fixed, need to check status of this issue for 
6.0.

Interactive NetBeans module profiling (invoking "profile" target in project's build script) still doesn't work reliably
- for example instrumentation filter seems to be ignored, NetBeans Build System is always used for profiling any module
(=> incorrect root methods) etc.

This feature probably needs to be reviewed deeper and maybe redesigned. Lowering priority as it is most likely not used
at all. Not for 6.0.

Since NB 7.2 profiling can be started only from within the IDE, rendering this issue invalid.
