Steps to reproduce:
1) Create standalone module project
2) Create J2SE library descriptor from templates
3) Create new Action from templates
4) Explore Important Files folder

No file is shown in Important Files folder.

Fixed.

Checking in ui/ModuleLogicalView.java; 1.14 -> 1.15;
