cp.extra property must be removed from project.properties if websphere module is
a part of the enterprise cluster, more info in issue 59362.

For the present moment websphere module is the part of "extra" cluster, so we 
really need this property.
It would be fixed when websphere module would become the part of Netbeans IDE.

Very old issue based on  5.0, closing. Re open if its still applicable to NetBeans 6.5
