If I register SJS appserver, the IDE creates the .netbeans-derby folder with the
sample db in it. Now say I mess up that db somehow. I should be able to just
delete/rename the sample folder, remove and add the server again, and the IDE
should check .netbeans-derby for a folder called sample and if it doesn't find
one generate it. Right now sample is only generated the first time you register
an app server

Tested the scenario and now the sample db is recreated
