I tried 5.0 nightly on Japanese Windows XP.

1. Create a project
2. Create Java file
3. Select a method or parameter
4. Window | Properties
5. Click "..." of "Javadoc comment" field

Text filed of "Javadoc Comment Text" is not displayed proplery.

6. Click "..." of "Javadoc comment" field again

The 2nd time is OK.

The same issue of JEditorPane like #69169.
