Localising NetBeans and Translating Web Site Content page, explain how to get
started. "Check the status page to see what needs doing;" this first step is
check the status. However this link is not found.

I'd like to add a few things (eg info about translating The Edge newsletter,
also about setting up $lang mailing lists, and http://$lang.netbeans.org/ sites
... but the immediate problem here is fixed.   The rest is coming soon.
