After modify instrumentation failure described in Issue 70301, I've stopped 
profiling session using the Stop action, but the Modifying instrumentation 
progress ui keeps running till IDE shutdown.

Caused by a missing try-catch around the intrumentation code. The finishing of 
the progress indicator should be in a finally block.
