Change the Panel where the user selects the domain directory in the Create
Personal Domain case...

Make it two fields:

1. TF for the domaindir argument, with a browse button
2. TF for the domain name

this needs to be corrected in the v3 wizard.  the correction may end up in the v2 wizard also...

the add Server wizard is very different for v3 and addresses this issue (I think)
