The attributes such as MIDlet-Install-Notify and related ones are not 
recognised by the Netbeans Mobility Add an attribute in the project 
properties/attributes

The result of this is that it cannot be added to the manifest through the IDE 
& it has to be done by hand.

Such attributes are part of MIDP 2.0 specification and IDE offers them only if
project is MIDP 2.0. Check device profile in project properties | Platform,
change to MIDP 2.0 if necessary.
