[build 20060120]
1) have a EJB module with entity bean
2) delete bean
3) select package node in project tab and invoke delete
4) the node is still visible, try it again and get error about non existing file.
ERROR: the UI isn't refreshed according to the changes

Works for me. I generated an entity bean to the ejb package, deleted the bean
and then deleted the ejb package. The ejb package disappeared and <default
package> appeared under that source group, which is correct. Closing, please
reopen if it occurs again.
