UI has been changed from "Classic View" to "Advanced Options" in 5.0.

% grep "Classic View"
extbrowser/src/org/netbeans/modules/extbrowser/Bundle.properties
From the Tools menu, choose Options. Click 'Classic View' button, expand IDE \
the Options window, click 'Classic View' button, then expand the \
browser configuration. From the Tools menu, choose Options. Click 'Classic View'
button, expand IDE \
