New Entity Class wizard doesn't check whether there is already a class with same 
fully qualified name. 

Steps:
1. create new ejb module project
2. create new entity class 'NewEntity' in package 'a' using wizard
3. repeat step 2 => an exception is thrown

Probably not a P2, changing to P3.
