-start weblogic9.1 through the Start action on the server node

=> server is started correctly (according to the server's output), but the state
is not recognized by IDE => Start server action ends with "Starting weblogic
failed" (or something like that)

my fault, i didn't provide any password in server registration wizard.

Default username/password for weblogic should be mentioned somewhere - eg.
release notes, help, just to prevent these situations. It is sometimes difficult
to figure out that it is "weblogic/weblogic"

added to the documentation.
