-have 1.4 webproject
-create new websvc client there
-invoke Call ws op action in index.jsp

=> shown dialog is empty

I'd say that something wrong is in condition in
o.n.m.websvc.core.client.ui.ClientExplorerPanel.addNotify (lines 112 - ~116)
