A main class in web application can be executed by Run File action or debugged
by Debug File action so it should be profilable by Profile File action.

Won't be fixed as this requires too much changes (including full j2se profiling 
support into j2ee profiling framework) with only a little value for the user. 
Actually I haven't seen similar RFE from any user.

'Profile File' will be visible and enabled only for servlets and jsp pages for 
j2ee projects.
