NetBeans5.0 plugin for WebServer 7.0.
Build Id: Sun Java System Web Server 7.0 B03/10/2006 08:32
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install  jdk1.5 
2. Install Netbeans5.0
3. Go to Runtime tab
4. Select Servers
5. Add the server
6. Click on Added server 
7. Select Sun java System web Server 7.0  (local mechine or remote mechine)
8. "Start" Button gets Enabled but not "Start in Debug Mode" Button.

This is not a Bug.
Sun java System web Server 7.0 node in the Servers represents the Administration
Server, which is not used for the Web application deployment.
You don't want or shouldn't debug the Admin server.

"Start in Debug Mode" is not going to used for Web application deployment
purpose so there is no big issues regarding this hence I'm closing this issue.
