Steps to reproduce the bug: 

1. Download and install Netbeans 5.5 daily build
2. Download and install glassfish and configure Netbeans to use it as a server
3. File | New Project | Enterprise | EJB Module with Existing Sources

Under J2EE version choicelist, "Java EE 5" should be present but it is not. I
select J2EE 1.4 for a Java EE 5 session bean, but the import failed because
ejb-jar.xml was not found.
