When you check the box MIDP 2 in layout PE  for the Form Items
(datefield,stringItem,textField,gauge), set DEAFULT instead of MIDP 2

Issue 73802 is a duplicate of this bug. Unfortunately when I was filling and
fixing the bug, I did not know that there is a bug entered for that.
Because of its status, I am marking this issue as a duplicate of that one.
