Steps to reproduce:
- Register WebSphere server instance
- Create any project targeted the server
- Remove WebSphere server registration
- Restart IDE
- RESULTS: 
  - Exceptions are thrown
  - Project do not appear in the Projects tree (you could add server and restart
IDE again to ensure that it was not removed)
