Coco Build 060225

Steps to reproduce:
Runtime-->Servers-->Add server
Choose IBM WebSphere Application Server V6.0,Press Next,
Choose Server Location,Press Next, 
Instance Properties Panel appears.
A11y issue:
Mnemonics for all JLabels are absent.

Verified with JSE 8.1 2006.09.06 build on WinXP.
