I am not sure where exacly to assign this, will have to investigate more.

When you create DB application in IDE the DB will be started during development
so that when you deploy the app the DB is running. But when you restart the IDE
and then deploy the app it is not running. We start the j2ee server
automatically so it would be nice to start the DB too.
