While trying to attach profiler to tomcat5.x on windows
 with automatic/manual integration, profiler
automatic) creates $CATALINA_HOME/bin/catalina_nbprofiler.sh
instead of catalina_nbprofiler.bat
and hints for
manual) integration steps are also meant for unix-like OS.
