ACTION : Close Project after displaying and editing Messaging and Security tabs.

EXPECTED RESULT: Right hand tabs should also close.

ACTUAL RESULT: Still possible to edit information on the tabs that remain and
apparently save to non opened project.

This one is actually not valid now when the configuration is a dialog box.
