I noticed that the EJB and application client archives have a J2EE.dpf file.
What is this file ? I don't think this is needed (as per any specification). It
should be removed.

Tested this using GlassFish build 43 and Netbeans continuous  build -
NetBeans-release55-20060412-1818 downloaded from:
http://nbbuilder.czech.sun.com:8080/BuildResults?days=1&branch=release55

and the link for the download was:
http://nbbuilder.czech.sun.com:8080/nbcbfiles/release55/builds/NetBeans-release55-20060412-1818.zip

this appears to have been resolved.

Please reopen with more detailed steps to reproduce the problem if you are still
seeing this dpf file....
