Description Tomas Danek 2006-04-18 13:14:57 UTC
5.0 with U1:

1) created Paintapp sample
2) expanded Important files view.
3) there's master.jnlp present as JNLP descriptor. Why?

btw.
*.JNLP filetype is not registed by IDE (by default) and therefor user cannot
comfortably edit this file (code completion, etc.).
Comment 1 Jesse Glick 2006-04-18 17:20:11 UTC
Supposed to be there; cf. UI spec.

Regarding code completion etc. - true, but apisupport is not a JNLP support
tool. If you want to install the JNLP module I think it will provide *.jnlp
editing capability. All apisupport guarantees is that the file will be visible
and probably editable as text.
Comment 2 Jesse Glick 2006-04-18 17:20:28 UTC
Wrong component.
Comment 3 Tomas Danek 2006-04-20 10:44:35 UTC
Yes, it's supposed to be there, but as far as i understand UI spec only when I
build JNLP/run JNLP? So it was ment as issue to paintapp sample - i didn't
invoke any JNLP action.

ad jnlp editing support:
ok,agreed.
Comment 4 Jesse Glick 2006-04-20 20:13:02 UTC
UI spec doesn't specify whether master.jnlp is present in samples or not.
Harmless there. For fresh projects it is absent.
Comment 5 Tomas Danek 2006-04-24 12:16:35 UTC
Ok. Verified.
