-have 1.4 project with websvc
-create new 1.4 (web) project
-create new websvc client for websvc in first project, so in the wizard, there
choose "project" and press "Browse" button

=> no websvcs are visible in dialog which appears

I would expect:
-that I will be able to create client for ws in other project, so such ws will
be visible in "Select Webservice..." dialog

or

-that client for ws in other project option will be disabled in case of JAX-RPC
service
