Move mouse to any hyperlink on Startpage. If it has more than one line then the
text is bouncing when mouse enters to/exits from the area of the text.

This issue is still reproducible in following build:
NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200608011800)
1.5.0_06; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_06-64

this should be already fixed as a result of fixing #82963 (actually there won't
be any two line items anymore:)

can you pls retest?

It is not possible to reproduce this issue - there are no multiline hyperlinks
in welcome page. Verified in following build.
