Ability to cancel query threads that takes to long for example will be a plus 
at least for people that like the IDE to do it all. Right now I have to open 
other tools for db querying due to this fact.

I think I saw the same issue already reported ...

You can click on the progress bar and then click on the X icon. However, it will not work in all situations, because I
don't know a way to kill the thread in a safe manner.
