In Attach wizard, step 6. Review additional steps (automatic integration of
local tomcat), there is a checkbox 'Automatically start the Tomcat ... after
this Wizard finishes' (unchecked by default) and some text of additional steps
to start tomcat.
If the checkbox is unchecked, there is not Hint about the checkbox in the text
but after the checkbox is checked the hint is appeared.
I think the hint should be there in both cases or at least if the checkbox is
unchecked.
