Testing: NB 5.5 Daily 200605090500. Right click on WebProject. Verification is
started, and never finishes. After some hours, IDE became ununsable (freeze).

Cannot reproduce, so this migh be project dependant?
Could you zip your project?

Tested against Glassfish b48 (latest dev build).

Tested against NB 5.5 Daily 200605170200. Closing, because it works for me. 
I'll re-open if issue appear in future builds.
