Sorry to tell you guys, but Tomcat 5.5.16 contains a major bug. In the changelog it says: "Revert fix for 38113, which does not seem a legitimate problem, and causes regressions (remm)". I was actually one of the people pushing for this "fix" to get reverted because it basically violated the Servlet specification, broke certain webapps and fixed absolutely nothing. Please upgrade ensure Netbeans 5.5 does not ship with Tomcat 5.5.16. I would recommend investigating version 5.5.17 which has this bug fixed.
